Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right, you must inform us (Rico Lange, Smart-Speaker-Service by Rico Lange, Am Scheibenbach 67, 87544 Blaichach, Germany, email: kontakt@smart-speaker-service.de) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory.
It is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice.
We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion already performed compared with the full service.
Early performance and expiry
For a service contract, the right expires upon complete performance if, before performance began, the consumer expressly consented to performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that the right expires once the contract has been fully performed.
